District : Chandpur
Upazila : Kachua
This mosque is one of the oldest patterns of village Palgiri in Kachua upazila of Chandpur district. At one time the mosque inside the dense forest was almost entirely within the mound. This mosque is restored while cleaning the jungle. It is believed that this mosque may have been built during 1532-1533 during the reign of Firoz Shah. It is a religious building built in the square. The walls around it are about 18 feet long. Although the mosque was redesigned in 1924-25, there was no change in its original feature. You can see the mosque near the Palgiri Begum Rabeya High School.
